It is so har...Wonderful tales of your two kitties. It is so hard to lose them, isn't it?<BR/><BR/>Your stories of Grouch getting lost reminds me of a former clinic cat, Nikki. She learned how to get out of her cage at night and would set off the motion detectors of the security alarm. One evening, the staff couldn't find her when they were locking up, and they called me at home. I told them to leave the alarm off and I would came back later to find her.<BR/><BR/>When I entered the building I called her, "Nikki!"<BR/>"meow"<BR/><BR/>"Nikki, Nikki"<BR/>Meow, Meow"<BR/><BR/>"Nikki, where are you?"<BR/>"MEOW, MEOW, MEOW!!"<BR/><BR/>I tracked her calls to my office. She had crawled into the bottom drawer of the file cabinet and fallen asleep!
